Hello everyone and welcome to another blog of coaching flag football. Man, these two weeks of is killing me! Our team gets a by this week then next week is spring break and no one plays.
Even though we don’t play this week, yours truly was very active. This week I helped set up the field and I have to say it’s not an easy job. There is a lot of work that goes into making sure these games are played in perfectly measured fields.
This week I also decided to scout some games in an effort to gage the competition for this season and this is gonna be one tough season.
We’ve already won against the Packers, next week we face the Patriots which seems winnable and then the Titans, who I know nothing about.
The Redskins are a solid team.
The Eagles have Denzel on their team; however, they keep him in the game from beginning to end playing both offense and defense. He’s gonna get tired and when we play against him I’ll make sure of it. I won’t be surprised if the coach of the Eagles is at hand to watch us play the Patriots next week.
The Seahawks suffered defeat at the hand of the Eagles last week, but you better believe they will be ready for us. Parker is a good coach which makes the Seahawks a good team.
I don’t know much about the Rams, but they had a high scoring win against the Packers which leads me to believe that I need to keep an eye on them.
My dream of having a 7-0 season will be challenged. At the beginning of the season I focus was on beating the Seahawks, now my attention is drawn to the Eagles. I want to have a by in the playoffs and it seems like they are the main team in my way.
The Chiefs are taking a break this week from practice but next week we’ll be back in full swing to prepare for the Patriots. Until next time, see ya!
